Endpoint crashed after consume 5mr. #12

Endpoint crashed after consumed 5mr. Might be related to #11 Edit：Crash happened after mjai timeout on consumed and ako decided to consume afterwards, resulting in an error. Is it possible to extend the endpoint's default timeout to give some leeway for ako to ponder on a few decision? (3secs bonus x 5)

It looks like crashing with 5mr is just a coincidence and #11 is unrelated. I'll improve mjai endpoint not to crash with unexpected action response in addition to making mjai timeout longer and configurable.
