Is it possible to use it with subpaths like "https://mydomain.com/mailtrain" I will be using docker and Apache as reverse proxy

Yes, it’s possible to configure Keila to use a subpath with the URL_PATH environment variable. You can find all configuration options here: https://www.keila.io/docs/configuration
