[KarafBoot] Checking to see if org.pentaho.clean.karaf.cache is enabled holds the job for 9 minutes #5346

After starting any job using kitchen.sh I see the message: INFO [KarafBoot] Checking to see if org.pentaho.clean.karaf.cache is enabled The next message is 9 minutes after, this adds up 9 minutes per job leading up to an hour delay in our ETL.

Deleting all the folders under data-integration/system/karaf/caches/kitchen fixed it
