Fix the docs #16

The docs on docs.rs are currently broken, because of the changes with the removal of the dox feature. Once a new version of the gtk crates was released, they need to be used and then the build should succeed again.

Done, the new gtk4 crates got rid of the dox feature and the new release builds just fine
