Every company member should have a WebID, either on this site or somewhere else. We should use a unique id when referencing other people, but these other people may or may not have a unique identifier. In the case where they don't, how should we handle this? Methinks we should create a local unique identifier for them, perhaps on the people index, e.g. https://pentandra.com/people#locally-identified-person.
URIs denoting a people, including authors, are inconsistent. We need to follow a pattern where people are identified using a unique identifier.
