Browsing to http://localhost:9999/wp-admin doesn't work #106

  1. Open TestPress
  2. Browse to http://localhost:9999/wp-admin
  3. It doesn't work

Looks like the server is trying to redirect to http://localhost/wp-admin/ which doesn't exist.
