Support other terminals than terminal.app #150

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use iTerm, but TestPress launches WP-CLI using Terminal.app

Describe the solution you'd like To use iTerm2 when installed, or provide a preference to choose your desired terminal ( this is what Local does ).

Describe alternatives you've considered I'm not sure if there is an alternative.

That's a great idea. I wonder if there is a default terminal setting. The bigger problem is that each app has a different way of receiving the arguments to set it in a desired state (in a folder and to call a command at open).
