Add easy way to use WP CLI #96

WP CLI is fairly useful for development. It would be lovely to have a button in TestPress that opens a terminal window that has the wp command in the path.

Sounds like this should be possible by just opening a terminal window to the docker service that is running WP CLI. Assuming it's easy, let's do this in v1. If it turns out to be not easy, let's punt.
