Editing text widget that contains emoji will remove emoji #9

On the default text widget, if you add emoji within the text widget, before saving, it'll display as a character box (ref: #7).

After save/reload or expanding the text widget that should have an existing emoji within the text, the emoji is stripped out on the form. If you view the site at this point, the emoji is still displayed (present in the db).

Saving the widget will save the widget without emoji at all (as it isn't in the textarea when saved).

This'll be fixed in WP31328.

My mistake, this is actually a bug in Twemoji.
