List of existing partitions has extra entries #44

I have 8 existing partitions. Each of them is listed twice in the partition select box (Fine-tune partition setup):

/dev/nvme0n1p1 /dev/nvme0n1p2 ... /dev//dev/nvme0n1p1 /dev//dev/nvme0n1p2 ...

Fixed by PR #43, commit 37c83aa4e7ebc4ce04016389a045eadc95e01cf9
