use decaf377 point compress methods with vartime token #2

Upstream in decaf377, we renamed the compress method to vartime_compress to be clear that it's variable time. I'm updating this repo since I'm going to implement https://github.com/penumbra-zone/decaf377/issues/32 soon(ish) removing the old compress
