We've been using a special prefix for testnet addresses, penumbrav2t where we've been updating the version as we make address-breaking changes during testnets.
We should update this to just penumbra when we're ready for mainnet.
While the address data itself does not change, the Bech32m checksum is computed using the human-readable prefix and so the last 6 characters in the address will change
