We should use the parameter generation code in poseidon377 (ref: #55). This could be done in either of (at least) two ways:
Add poseidon-paramgen as a dependency of poseidon377, and manually write code to replace poseidon377's params.rs (currently a file of parameters that is generated by sage), or
Add poseidon-paramgen as a build dependency of poseidon377, and write a build script that generates params.rs (similar to how tonic or prost does)
