Incorrect URL in tutorials - missing trailing slash (http://127.0.0.1:8080/rewrite-status) #147

URL Rewrite Filter in tutorial drive users to open 
http://127.0.0.1:8080/rewrite-status however default shipped urlrewrite.xml 
rule sets /test/status/ (note trainling / this time).

/test/status/ and /test/status are completely different addressed for servlet 
URL resolution and thus /test/status end up with 404 "not found" error.

Tutorial should be fixed to use trailing slash with red big note "don't forget 
trailing slash".
