Chef registration

[x] Warning message that not fields are completed - translate to German
[x] Translate pop up after chef registration to German
[x] Chef should no be able to register when he already has a profile
[ ] Discuss if we should remove the radius and travel costs from the registration

[ ] change header and add there menu title and selected dishes (see template)
[ ] remove text "Bitte beachte, dass die Fahrtkosten und Plattform Fees (4%) nicht in der Anfrage berücksichtigt sind."

User Profile:

[x] User Profile: Edit Personal Data PopUp - remove the last text field
[ ] User Profile: Edit Personal Data PopUp - existing phone number should be displayed
[ ] User Profile: First Name/Last Name can be changed, but when the page is refreshed it still shows the old ones (same in Chefs Profile)
[x] User Profile: Password Change - after changing password the "repeat password" field becomes red and the text says " password does not match - fix this
[ ] User Profile: Add text box for birthdate
