Currently, the climate-clock does not use any quality checks, tests, packaging and no method of delivery. However, it would help to improve the tool's quality and usability for third parties. We should use:

[ ] Standard project structure separating code and configuration properly
[ ] Use pylint and friends
[ ] Add git hooks to ensure quality locally
[ ] Add a github workflow to automatically bundle software
[ ] Setup https://pypi.org/
