Plugin doesn't start up on Mac OS X Chrome (Clean install) #486

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up Clean(!) Chrome
2. Install Plugin
3. Goto Error Log and press "Diagnose"

I expect this plugin to work as a local Tor proxy switcher. But Log screen 
shows critical error in the first step of test summary: 
1. Loading Switchy Plugin   (Can't load the plugin, please file an issue about 
this problem)

Operating system:
Mac OS X 10.6.8

Error log:
[22:13:47] [info] - Extension Info: v1.6.3
[22:13:47] [info] - Browser Info: 5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_8) 
AppleWebKit/537.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/23.0.1271.64 Safari/537.11
[22:13:47] [error] - Plugin not loaded!
