Missing setup.py #6

In README, I see "install scrappy". Should be installed as a dependency via setup.py.

README should be fixed as well, i.e. s/pip install scrappy/pip install crappyspider/.

My 2 cents: have a look at https://diecutter.alwaysdata.net/rawgithub/diecutter/python-startproject/index.html and check the generated setup.py.

We'll update the setup.py whenever we agree on a corporate open source strategy :)
