publish to conda-forge #80

It will be nice to see the tools as a conda-forge package

Hello, No one in the maintainer team has experience with working with conda packages, but contributions are welcome :)

You can also install MLV-tools in a conda environment with pip : pip install mlvtools

I have such experience bunt unfortunately I had to move away from mlvtools to custom papermill scripts

@antonkulaga thanks for the note. Out of curiosity, why did you have to move away from mlvtools? Are you using dvc?
