Created new peopleland website design #6

I have sumbitted and created a template and graphics design for the implementation of a new website design for PeopleLand with various additions such as logo, buttons and banners expanding on the original PeopleLand design and submitted for changes.

Please refer to the original ICPDAO Organisation repository for the original upload content and date.

-The readme file has been updated to include a link to the original peopleland website design made in carrd ond submitted changes on the 4th of December (9 days ago)
