noscript not valid XHTML. #3

We are forced to produce valid XHTML. Your implementation does not close the 
HTML tags. Please, see the screenshot in ReCaptchaIml.png. It would be very 
nice, if you could provide a fixed version via maven. 

We would be pleased if could send us a short answer.
