Change navbar to same design as Physikon homepage #188

In my opinion it would be nice to converge Physikon, Toolbox and the main hompage into one design. The main homepage is quite different in terms of fonts and design decisions but the toolbox and physikon layouts are very similar. These fixes on the navbar are some easy ones which move the layouts closer to each other.

Good Idea. Few points regarding the styling.

For me the Installation Dropdown menu is underneath the word, messing up the spacing.
More space between header and the first line "PeP et al. Toolbox Workshop" would be nice.
