Update win10 and win11 instructions #234

The updated instructions for the windows installation. The instructions for Win10 are complete (please check), the instructions for Win11 are should be more or less identical (execpt the screenshots). I will run through the installation on Win11 tomorrow to see if something is different.

Another thing I thought about while updating: The instructions are written in different styles (due to updates over the years I presume). Some portions are written in passive voice others adress the second person plural. I thought about switching the instruction to address the second person singular, to adress the person reading the instructions directly. What do you think: passive voice, 2nd pers. pl. or 2nd pers. sg.?

Should we move the Problembehandlung at the end of the W10 instructions to the FAQ site?

I agree. Let's see what the latest changes from main merge to.

We still may want to think about the image size of some of the images. Especially some of the first 3-4 images in the Win10 instructions are a bit too small, imo. Something like

might do the trick. But for now this lgtm 👍

Checked readability on half of my laptop screen.
