Add toc sidebar to install layout #281

This adds a toc sidebar to the install layouts. Heading lists and the toc are created via Jekyll Pure Liquid Table of Contents. A js function implements a scrollspy.

~Note: In its current state the scrollspy becomes inactive in longer sections after the current heading is outside the screen window, so this will need some tweaking. See for example the Win11 instructions. For now this should be good enough, though.~

Can you remove the "Installieren", "Testen" and "Aktualisieren" buttons from the instructions?

Yes, they are obsolete now.
