Update dependencies #215

We have a couple of severe vulnerabilities reported by depend-a-bot. This should have fixed them.

poetry update
fixed error from wtforms.fields.html5 because this is now wtforms.fields
fixed TypeError from pytest by going to pytest=6.2.5

Please check for broken services, I only ran the tests but not sure how good the coverage is.
