random reboots while using phone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. just use the phone 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the phone reboots randonmly while using it , this the 5th reboot in 
one day....

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (x10mini, x8 - x10mini
PRO is NOT supported)?

x10mini version minicm 2.0.7

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
google market, music plyaer, while phone was idle

Have you tried rebooting your device?
yes , did a factory reset the problem is still there

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.

i use minicm7 2.0.7 and not have problem for now, i install steps

1 enter recovery 
2 mounts and storages
3 format all system, data, cache. not sd card.
4 install minicm7
5 install google apps.zip
6 install modules hotfix.zip

when install minicm i erase dalvik cache baterry stats cache and  set factory 
settings

during installation i wiped davlic cache and everything else that has the 
option wipe also wiped battery stats ! until now there are 12 hours since last 
reboot ! I think that modules hotfix is for minicm version 2.0.6 . !
