What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch Titanium Backup
2. wait for it to load the application list
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-the application needs at least 2 minutes to load the application list
-the load time is normal when I send the application to the background using
the Home button

X8)? Are you using Compcache/Zram? Are you overclocking/undervolting?
