Stuck on boot without SD card #742

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install MiniCM 9
2.Switch off the phone
3.Remove micro SD card
4.Stuck on boot before nan kernel logo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only screen backlight are on but nothing on the screen

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (X10mini, X10minipro,
X8)? Are you using Compcache/Zram? Are you overclocking/undervolting?

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
all system

Have you tried rebooting your device?
yes many times

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.

Actually it's a kernel issue, it is reported also on xda-developers, nAa said 
he will fix that, but no response. It happens also on nAa gb kernel
