Cannot turn on bluetooth

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.If we switch bluetooth option through notification bar
2.Or through settings/bluetooth and through any widget
3.It is saying turning ON for hours

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (X10mini, X10minipro,
X8)? Are you using Compcache/Zram? Are you overclocking/undervolting?
Issue experienced in Xperia X10 mini pro. I am using MiniCM10-4.10mimmi.

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
settings

Have you tried rebooting your device?
Yes many times

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.
I think its because i see no bluetooth app in the android ui installed apps. 
Please resolve my problem. Its very important to me.

The problem can be solved by the following step:
You have to turn on the wifi first and after bluetooth it will surely work.
I had the same problem before but I figured it when I am using wifi.

So you have to turn on wifi before and bluetooth next.
Reboot it first if you have already tried switching on bluetooth without wifi 
and try again.
