Further update. My Kernel updated from 6.8.0-44 to 6.8.0.45. I tried to compile again and it got further with only one error this time. See terminal output below:

Previously I was able to compile on Linux Mint 21.3. Had to do a fresh install and decided to upgrade to LM 22.

I have installed all dependancies and optiional dependancies.
The above runs fine with no errors.
However during
make
