In case it helps there is some code that does that here https://github.com/47deg/freestyle/pull/17 which is based on https://47deg.github.io/sbt-microsites/docs/publish-with-travis.html also recently added to the instructions in sbt-microsites.

Back to backlog. It failed somehow in deployment... Needs some investigation

FYI, at the moment the microsite returns 404.
