Script to compile from markdown #2

We need to be able to have the chapters in markdown, so it can be navigated on github but also edited simply. The proper html should be generated for each chapter, but also content.opf, table_of_contents.html and toc.ncx. That html should be then compiled to both epub and pdf (currently working already). The compiled versions (html, epub, pdf) will not be tracked in the repository's main branch.

Actually why not? They're going to be downloadable, so it makes sense to rewrite them accordingly when anything changes in the contents.
