Allow for timeboxing #3

It would be nice to set a "timebox" right from this tool, this could keep the retrospective meetings efficient.

I suggest to be able to set this timebox from the main menu sidebar, and have a more subtle component that can display how much time is left in the main interface somewhere. (pie chart?)
