There should be an accommodation for a total numerator or just sex-disagg’d data for VL_SUPP_NAT.

@annieschwartz - I brought this up today with OGAC leadership, and their response was that at least for targeting purposes, only the finer disaggs (age/sex) will be available for entry in the Data Pack for VL_SUPPRESSION_SUBNAT and other SUBNAT indicators. Country Teams can still enter against the Sex or Numerator disaggregates using DATIM data entry screens.
