I'm working with the West Africa Region datapacks and many of the countries will have TX from new sites in the program ( TX_NEW from previously diagnosed in TX-tab column AJ). This number is not expected to be included in the total HTS_TST_POS to identify (HTS-tab column H) however the HTS tab is including this number and making the HTS_TST_POS and HTS_TST much higher than they should be.
The correct formula in the HTS_TST_POS to identify column (HTS tab column H) should exclude the previously diagnosed.
