For a number of the countries in Asia Region, we had to manually override the TX_NEW (column S) numbers in the datapack because of a host of issues pertaining to the exclusion of ASAP targets in the datapack (per OGAC's instructions), mixing of KPIF targets/results, there was NO other way for us to actually get the mix of TX_CURR and TX_NEW numbers correctly (to account for a host of factors) without overriding the TX_NEW (Column S) formula in the datapack. As part of the validation, the tool itself is forcing us back into either inflating our TX_NEW or decreasing TX_CURR dramatically--either of which works in these country context. Is there any way for the validation tool to take out this one validation rule for the Asia Region program? Happy to discuss offline as well. Thanks.
