@jason-p-pickering we have about 3 tests left, that aren't playing nice however I think they may warrant individual tickets. Id rather get this merged in as opposed to tempting merge conflicts as well as driving me crazy.

prepareMemoData - May need to just rewrite it since the PSNUxIM is no longer a tab in the datapack, but a separate file
unpackingchecks, Not really sure here.
utilities- We have two very similar functions that do slightly different things.
