Broken Link in Documentation #325

Hello,

I was recently browsing your documentation at http://looper.databio.org/en/latest/ and it looks like the link in the first paragraph (standard PEP project) is broken. I'm not sure what the exact correct link should be, but maybe this one: http://pep.databio.org/en/latest/?
