multi pipelines error with only a single pipeline is confusing #155

I'm running a single example sample through a single pipeline, with looper.

Pipestat getting this error. I don't understand. What would make this namespace already in use?

I'm not having multiple pipelines write to this output file but can find no documentation on what 'multi_pipelines' is or how to set it: 

    raise PipestatError(
pipestat.exceptions.PipestatError: '/home/nsheff/code/seqcolapi/analysis/demo/results/pipeline_stats.yaml' 
is already in use for 1 namespaces: default_pipeline_name and multi_pipelines = False.
