Refactor reports.py #184

Recent bug fixes for #148 and #150 were simpler than anticipated. However, I still think it may be worth spending some time doing a refactor of the code in reports.py as it has become a bit messy over the last several months. We originally ported the code from Looper in July 2023 and began making changes to it then.

Per https://github.com/pepkit/pephub/issues/314, should we convert all of pipestat summarize templates to using JSX? Then, we could update them in one place.
