Related to #125 but this details some specifics after investigating using pipestat summarize with a PEPHub backend:

[ ] psm needs to be given an output dir and the report code must look for that attribute. currently it only checks the config file.
[ ] need to implement count_records for the pephub backend

Other suggestion: Could pephub could actually generate the summarized html page automatically?
