How to schedule meetings with our users? #230

When we land a user who is willing to have a meeting with us, we need to schedule the meeting asap. What do we use?

We can use Zoho and its cheap enough (₹1,300 /month/license). We need to use a paid plan because we do not want to end the meeting in the middle with the users (if there are more than 2 users in a meeting). We may not need to buy it altogether if we know that there is going to be just 1 other user in the meeting.

And I do not feel good about teams, so that's a no go.
