For some users' profile links for subscribers/subscriptions are hidden #609

All users with hidden subscribers have private users there. However, testuser8 doesn't have any private users in either of lists.

It has something to do with how we calculate and cache stats. I'd review this defect after migration to postgres.

@epicmonkey Right now my user private1 cannot see either subscribers or subscriptions links in their profile and hence can't manage their subscribers, for example. Which, being private user, they should be able to do. Any chance we can bump this up?
