fixes for privates #283

these are to make sure, that:

  1. posts of private users are not available in river-of-news feeds of unsubscribed users
  2. posts of private users are not available in likes/comments feeds of subscribed users, as seen by unsubscribed users
  3. are available, again, if user goes public

@berkus, @epicmonkey this one is ready for review. I know it is huge, but it fixes critical issues.

let me know, if you think that I should squash some of the commits. I left the flow of commits as is, because it shows how I achieved the result
