Request the troubleshooting page on the Playground either be replaced with a link to the new guide, or else just be deleted #6

I originally intended this guide to be published on the Arduino Playground, but the Playground was made read-only before I had a chance to finish it. Now that I have published all the information from the Playground's Troubleshooting page, having an unfinished version of the guide that can't be added to or maintained is harmful.

I'm the only contributor to the Troubleshooting page on the Playground, so there is no concern that other contributors would be upset.

Does your version contain the relevant links to the other sections on the page you link to or negate the need for those links ?

The link above was incorrectly capitalized, so it redirected to the Playground home page. The corrected link is: https://playground.arduino.cc/Main/Troubleshooting/

All the useful content from the Playground page has been migrated to this repository. There are a few things on that Playground page on my "to-do" list to consider adding here later.
