Determine Windows Vista support status in the Arduino IDE #8

In the "Windows 8.1 or 10 is required, but I'm using an older version of Windows" item of the Development Software page, I state compatibility with Windows XP, 7, and newer, but make no mention of Vista because I don't know its support status.

For CREATE EDITOR only. Windows 8 upward although there are methods (complex) to force Vista into some compatibility but not worth the effort as results are still mixed. XP is a big No even though it may appear to install correctly.
