minimal example issue #12

on the getting started page (http://www.meteorkitchen.com/getting_started), the block of source code does not include an icon

on the live example and the git repo, a home icon is included

suggestion is to update the block of getting started (Pages and Menus->Minimal Example) to match the github repo..
