Should list se-ssn as dependency #2

The https://www.npmjs.com/package/se-ssn is required for this library to function, but is not listed among dependencies (only dev). Hence, se-ssn should be moved from devDependencies to dependencies i package.json.

Very good point! As of v2.0.0, se-ssn is a peer dependency, since it is quite possible that someone would use both se-ssn and se-org-no in the same project.
