apply two patches to mate-window-manager #79

those two patches (suggested by nmarques) solve issues with Ambiance/Radiance themes

I see you did apply 06_Add_UXD_shadows_and_borders.patch, but not 13_better_support_for_button_layout.patch, what's with the second patch?
