[1.16.5] Dogs disappears after being respawned with the dog bed

I'm not the one who discovered this issue, so I don't have any log files to provide yet, but as soon as I'll get them, I'll leave them here.

Issue Description:

On servers, after the dog dies, when you try to respawn it at its bed, sometimes it will just disappear and the bed will recognize it as alive and well.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go in the nether with your dog
2. Have them killed by something
3. Return to overworld and respawn them
4. They'll respawn and disappear instantly

Fun fact: The dog actually doesnt disspear: It Teleports back to their last location of death. Go back to where it died, its likely waiting for you.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to create this issue and I'm sorry I didn't get round to resolving it. I've not worked on this project for a while and have decided to archive the git repository.
